Carjacking, burglary, robbery with violence, muggings and other high profile crimes demanded a change of approach from the traditional security guarding model that was available in the market and that criminals had learnt to beat with their increasingly sophisticated and organized syndicates. Kapa Security Services was incorporated under the companies Act 2009 and that the company is limited.
